Last night the A&A Motorsports team headed to Placerville CA for a mid week make up race for the 360 California Civil War race that had previously rained out early in March, when the June date was picked up there was never a thought that there might be rain in the forecast but never say never.

Andy was Fast Time out of 37 cars finished 3rd in his heat and lined up 4th in the main behind last years Civil War Champion Sean Becker and driver Kyle Hirst, Tyler Walker would start beside Andy when they took the green flag the Andy quickly moved into the 2nd spot the leaders would quickly run into lapped traffic, you could easily throw a blanket over the top three cars.  Hirst made a great move and went from 3rd to 1st in 1 lap, as the cars drove through traffic 2 lapped cars got tangled up causing contact between about 5 different drivers and when the dust settled Andy was the only car to make it out.  Once in the lead a very unusual thunder storm had moved in and the rain starting coming down, Andy and the 2nd place car of Tyler Walker  would cautiously enter the turns trying not to spin Andy lead the last 8 laps before the race was finally called and Andy would drive to the victory, Tyler Walker would finish 2nd followed by Herman Klein in 3rd.
 
Friday the A&A Motorsports Team heads to Chico, CA for a 410 points race and then on to Placerville CA for a 360 points race.
